1) Prep (2 minutes)

  • List 3–5 pages the bot should “know” (Home, Pricing, Services, FAQ).
  • Decide where the widget should appear (all pages vs. key pages).
  • Grab your booking link (Google/Outlook/Calendly/GHL/HubSpot).

2) Get your snippet (1 minute)

  • Google Tag Manager: Tags → New → Custom HTML → paste snippet → Trigger: All Pages → Publish.
  • WordPress: Appearance/Theme Settings or “Header & Footer” plugin → paste into Header → Save.
  • Webflow: Project Settings → Custom Code → Footer Code → paste → Publish.
